Public safety in and around a marquee depends on a number of factors including:
- Structural stability
- Suitability of equipment
- Professional installation
- Fire resistance of fabrics
- Occupancy and emergency exits
- Emergency planning and procedures
MUTAmarq accredited hirers are bound by our code of practice which covers all these points and more.
MUTAmarq inspectors randomly check on-site installations for these factors. Failure of an inspection results in disciplinary action.
